I explained the problem with my boiler and she booked an engineer visit at a time to suit us, she also gave us the assurance that if the heating let us down in the meantime she will get an engineer to us in an emergency. On the day of the engineer arriving (spot on time), he introduced himself. After a boiler strip down, the engineer found that a rubber gasket was missing, this had been left out by a previous national company. The engineer worked non stop to repair and service the boiler.
